I am a strategist and facilitator with over a decade of experience designing high-performing teams around the world. I’m an expert in leadership alignment, coaching and development, specializing in executive offsite design and facilitation. I received my M.S in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and my B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
I tend to bring a sort of magic to every workshop experience I design. I make the impossible suddenly possible. I help women see the bigger picture and connect the dots they miss. I help women dream up what's possible and then gently ground them in reality, so they can take actionable steps and truly unleash their power.
To me, women’s empowerment means surfacing the conditions you need to thrive and then intentionally designing your life in a way that unlocks your potential. It means unapologetically going after the things in life that will make you the happiest human you can be. It means letting go of stories that no longer serve you and taking ownership of how you want to interact with the world. It means choosing to love yourself today, rather than someday soon. Most of all, it means community - cheering on other women and being vulnerable enough to get the support you need, too.
